I’m 5’8”, 190 lbs, bust 44D. I ordered 7 different coats (all XL) for an England trip, all similar, from 7 different manufacturers. The others were all “fine” but 3 had like HUGE hoods! I mean, who needs a hood that would fit 2 heads and obscures most of your face unless you roll edges back ALOT. 2 had waist/drawstring level too high, fit me like empire waist. One I just didn’t like, I don’t remember why. Anyway, ultimately I picked this coat. I just got back from my 3 weeks in England, where it poured buckets of rain my last week and this coat was PERFECT! I also used an umbrella. My legs & feet naturally got their share of wet but the coat kept my upper body dry dry dry! And the XL fit worked well for me for layering. The little bit of elastic at wrists is just right. Not tight but helps keep water out when arms are raised (like to hold umbrella, adjust day pack, or drink from water bottle). Nice!
