Routine return request response was a pity plea for a purported family owned business. 2nd response was 35% refund & more pity w/covid impact. My family has been devastated by covid & I have a family business. This is not relevant to me being a Amazon customer. I expect a professional business. Disappointednever went through with the order bc I noticed that all of the pictures are not of the jacket that would be sent so I asked them and they refunded me before shippingmany compliments
